Staff Selection Commission (SSC) released a job advertisement for recruitment Grade 'C' and 'D' Vacancy. Interested candidates can apply online for Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ Computer Based Examination, 2022.

✪ ✽ ✪ ✽✪  Eligibility Criteria of SSC Stenographer Recruitment:  ✪ ✽ ✪ ✽✪ 


Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University. Candidates should have typing skills in Hindi/ English in stenography.
Skill Test in Stenography: The candidates who are shortlisted in the Computer Based Examination will be required to appear in the Skill Test for Stenography. The candidates will be given one dictation for 10 minutes in English or Hindi (as opted by the candidates in the online Application Form) at the speed of 100 word per minute (w.p.m) for the post of Stenographer Grade "C" and 80 w.p.m. for the post of Stenographer Grade "D".

Stenographer Grade C: 18 to 30 years as on 01.01.2022, i.e., candidates born not before 02.01.1992 and not later than 01.01.2004 are eligible to apply.
Stenographer Grade D: 18 to 27 years as on 01.01.2022, i.e., Candidates born not before 02.01.1995 and not later than 01.01.2004 are eligible to apply.
Age Relaxation: Category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.
• SC/ ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• PwD (Unreserved): 10 years
• PwD (OBC): 13 years
• PwD (SC/ ST): 15 years

(a) Fee payable: Rs 100/- (Rs one hundred only)
(b) Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with disability (PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
(c) Fee can be paid through BHIM UPI, Net Banking or by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit card or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.

অৰ্হতাঃ প্ৰাৰ্থীসকলে কোনো স্বীকৃতিপ্ৰাপ্ত ব’ৰ্ড বা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ৰ পৰা দ্বাদশ মানৰ বা সমতুল্য পৰীক্ষাত উত্তীৰ্ণ হ’ব লাগিব। প্ৰাৰ্থীৰ ষ্টেনগ্ৰাফীত হিন্দী/ ইংৰাজীত টাইপিং দক্ষতা থাকিব লাগিব।
ষ্টেন’গ্ৰাফীত দক্ষতা পৰীক্ষাঃ কম্পিউটাৰ ভিত্তিক পৰীক্ষাত চৰ্টলিষ্ট কৰা পৰীক্ষাৰ্থীসকলে ষ্টেন’গ্ৰাফীৰ দক্ষতা পৰীক্ষাত উপস্থিত থাকিব লাগিব। ষ্টেনোগ্ৰাফাৰ গ্ৰেড "C" পদৰ বাবে প্ৰাৰ্থীসকলক ইংৰাজী বা হিন্দীত (অনলাইন আবেদন পত্ৰত প্ৰাৰ্থীসকলে বাছনি কৰা অনুসৰি) ১০ মিনিটৰ বাবে এটা ডিক্টেচন প্ৰতি মিনিটত ১০০ শব্দ (w.p.m) গতিৰে আৰু ৮০ w.p.m. ষ্টেনোগ্ৰাফাৰ গ্ৰেড "ডি" পদৰ বাবে।

ষ্টেনোগ্ৰাফাৰ গ্ৰেড চি: ০১.০১.২০২২ তাৰিখৰ পৰা ১৮ৰ পৰা ৩০ বছৰ, অৰ্থাৎ ০২.০১.১৯৯২ৰ আগতে নহয় আৰু ০১.০১.২০০৪ৰ পিছত জন্ম হোৱা প্ৰাৰ্থীসকলে আবেদন কৰিব পাৰিব।
ষ্টেনোগ্ৰাফাৰ গ্ৰেড ডি: ০১.০১.২০২২ তাৰিখৰ পৰা ১৮ৰ পৰা ২৭ বছৰ, অৰ্থাৎ ০২.০১.১৯৯৫ৰ আগতে নহয় আৰু ০১.০১.২০০৪ৰ পিছত জন্ম হোৱা প্ৰাৰ্থীসকলে আবেদন কৰিব পাৰিব।

Applicants are required to apply online at the official website of SSC Headquarters i.e. https://ssc.nic.in.
In the online Application Form, candidates are required to upload the scanned colour passport size photograph in JPEG format (20 KB to 50 KB). Image dimension of the photograph should be about 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height).
Scanned signature in JPEG format (10 to 20 KB): Image dimension of the signature should be about 4.0 cm (width) x 2.0 cm (height).
