They must first register their names with an Assamese employment market. 
Second, they must be conversant in Assamese or any other official state language.

  The age limit    
(I) for Forester Grade I positions in woody areas that must be defended and generate stress is 18 to 40 years as of January 1, 2023. (i.E. Candidate need to be born on or earlier than 01.01.2005 and on or After 01.01.1983).

(II) As of January 1, 2023, the age range for AFPF Constable & Reason Pressure Constable positions is 18 to 20. (i.E. Candidate have to be born on or earlier than 01.01.2005 and on or after 01.01.1998).

 Age relaxation: The maximum age is movable:
(I) Five (5) Years in Appreciation for SC, ST (P), and ST Applicants (H).

(ii) applicants who are members of the OBC or MOBC must have three years of experience.

 Qualification required to use 

(I) Forester Grade-I: Bachelor degree from an accredited university in any situation, or an equivalent.
(ii) woodland guard: passing score on a higher Secondary (10+2) or comparable test from a recognised Board or Council.

(iii) AFPF Constable: Passed the HSLC or a similar exam from a recognised Board.

(iv) driving constable: Must complete the HSLC or a comparable test from a recognised Board or Council and possess a valid driver's licence for the LMV, MMV, or HMV

(v) Drivers: must possess a valid driving licence for an HMV, MMV, or LMV and have passed the HSLC or a comparable exam from a recognised Board or Council.
